Participation Guidelines
100% employee based
Design Electric Gives Back initiative allows employees to submit their ideas for a volunteer activity that they would like to host or coordinate. Once the volunteer activity has been approved by the volunteer committee and the safety department, the employee will be a group captain and can recruit others from the Design Electric Inc. team to volunteer with them.
In the interest of our employees and the company, we do have a few guidelines. We ask that volunteer employees dress appropriately and carry out activities in a professional and safe manner. We also ask that volunteer projects be free of any religious or political affiliation.
We can all come together to make a difference! Doing so will build stronger interpersonal relationships within Design Electric Inc. and our communities as we discover new interests and skills with our colleague
